How To Order – Ordering Information
Order Online
We've tried to make the online ordering process as easy as possible. As you navigate our website, you may order by selecting the Order Your Copy option. This option will take you to the order page. Once you have decided the item or items you wish to purchase, select the Add to Cart button from the order page. This will add the item(s) to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, select the View Cart button to checkout. You’ll be prompted to:

Enter your Billing information.

Enter Ship-to information.

Enter your credit card information.

Finalize the order. This allows you to verify and/or edit any of the order information.
Order by Mail or Fax
To order by mail or fax, print and fill in the order form.

If you place your order by mail, you may pay by personal check, bank draft (drawn on a U.S. bank only), money order or credit card. Please do not send cash.

If you choose to send us your order by US mail, we accept personal check, bank draft (drawn on a U.S. bank only), money order and credit cards. Be sure to calculate and include shipping charges and sales tax, where applicable. All payments must me made in US Currency. We only accept orders to be shipped to US addresses.
Returns
