How To Order - Shipping

General Information

When you order, the shipping charges are calculated for you. In some cases only one shipping method may be available.  For individual purchases, we ship USPS priority and media rate.  USPS does not have a delivery guarantee but packages should be received within 2-4 days via priority or 4-10 days via media rate.  We use both UPS and FedEx if Next Day shipping is requested.  We are unable to ship Next Day to post office boxes.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders ship Monday through Friday, and we typically ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders requesting the Next Day shipping option that are received by 2:00 p.m. EST generally ship the same day, and are guaranteed to ship the next business day.
